Job Number: R0054979 Risk Program Manager, Senior Key Role: Work with clients and product teams to develop, implement, and mature acquisition life cycle risk management plans, processes, and procedures based upon industry best practices. Assist team members with identifying risks, writing risk descriptions, and ensuring risk data properly captures risk impacts, including cost, schedule, and technical. Prepare and present briefings on risk status to varying levels of management. Assist with identifying risk mitigation and burndown strategies. Manage, mentor, and train other team members, as required. Work within a multi-stakeholder, technical, and matrixed organizational environment. Leverage knowledge of integrated cost and schedule risk analysis and integrated cost and risk analysis methodologies. This position requires the ability to work onsite in Picatinny, NJ. Basic Qualifications: -5+ years of experience with program management risk and risk analysis -2+ years of experience with risk management on large and complex Defense Acquisition Life Cycle Management programs -Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access -Ability to critically assess risk data and communicate priority findings to teams -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: -Experience with a risk management software, including Risk Recon -Experience with supporting programs and contracts in the federal government -Experience with performing enterprise risk assessments and facilitating risk workshops -Experience with training others on risk management best practices -Ability to influence clients and teams to adjust their approach and try new capabilities -PMP or PMI-RMP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
