Lead and manage the Strategic IT Plan for Sigma US, including development of strategy and establishment of a long term technology plan which clearly articulates milestones, budget and success criteria that supports business priorities and objectives while ensuring the strategy aligns to Global IT Sigma objectives. Ensure that information technology adds the maximum value to the company to facilitate the success of the business.. Essential Functions. Provide direction and execution in all U.S. information technology areas such as: IT Operations, infrastructure, network, collaboration services, service desk and productivity tools. Ensure business continuity is aligned to IT Global standards; foster a Technology team culture which consistently demonstrates the commitment to the Company Mission and Values and is characterized by transparency, innovation, and accountability. Responsible to build collaborative engagement with business partners and to support and enable business and technology strategies. Supports and contributes to build differentiated capabilities to reach organizational goals.. Develop a technology team that collaborates well, provides superior guidance to team members, operates within the parameters of established company policies and procedures and creates synergy within the organization; create a succession plan of key positions; identify future leaders of the organization; conduct gap analysis; implement development and promotion plans. Lead the alignment and prioritization of the business needs with IT long/mid-term vision; implement new services which support business needs and are aligned to Global IT objectives. Create and maintain the Business Intelligence solutions which identify business indicators and lead to strategic decisions. Provide guidance and input to the Global IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture based on Sigma US needs. Ensure customer and vendor relationships support business objectives; ensure third party service level agreements (SLAs) and business commitments are adhered to. Develop and maintain a project portfolio, ensure enterprise solutions and service delivery alignment to business objectives; including industry best practices, Global IT objectives, innovation, risk and gap analysis, and budgets ae considered with every project; ensure opportunities for technology efficacy, scalability, and innovation are identified and maximized. Other duties as assigned.. Minimum Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field. Ten years Management or Information Systems experience. Five years management experience including experience in a director level or higher. Proficient with Microsoft office, including skills with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Demonstrated success influencing diverse partners and leading teams that include direct and non-direct reports in cross-functional settings.. Demonstrated business acumen with knowledge and understanding of business issues, priorities, goals, and strategy. Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, present complex ideas concisely and clearly articulate technical ideas to a technical and non-technical audience both verbally and in writing. Ability to identify complex problems, review information to develop and evaluate options then implement solutions. Ability to build professional relationships with IT and cross functional teams while facilitating a collaborative environment; proven persuasion skills. The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, meet changing deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently and in a team while generating innovative solutions to complex challenges.. Strong attention to detail, data accuracy and an inquisitiveness to determine explanations, with an ability to consolidate multiple sources of analyses into a cohesive recommendation..
